What do I do if I need to cancel?

Cancellations can be made via the front desk by the person who requested the party, no later than one week before the party’s date. Your deposit and fee are only refundable only under the circumstance the party is canceled earlier than one week before the date of the party.

Cancellations within the week leading up to the date of the party are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Deposit and party fee is non-refundable under the circumstance of a delayed cancellation.

What if I need to change the date?

Date changes can be made via the front desk by the person who requested the party, no later than one week before the party’s original date. Date changes will be seen as requests and may not be able to be accommodated. Date changes will not be available within the week leading up to the party.

**Refund circumstances are at the sole discretion of the Studio Director.

One of the dancers forgot their waiver.

Unfortunately, unless their parent or guardian is present to fill out a waiver or is able to bring it in, they will not be able to participate in the class portion of the party. This is to protect us as well as all of our families and guests. They will still be able to participate in all other party celebrations, theyjust won’t be able to take part in the dance portion.
