Want to rent our Space?

We offer rentals to performing artists and teaching artists in need of rehearsal space or private/group lesson space.

Our space is equipped with wifi, convenient parking, bathrooms, and changing rooms. Our dance studios offer mirrors, barres Stage Step Springstep IV Plus Subfloor, Stage Step vinyl Marley and sound systems. Main floor including lobby and bathrooms is ADA-accessible.

Booking & Payment Requirements 

Booking prices vary depending on rental needs

Pricing starts at $30/hr.

• For bookings made within 7 days of use, payment in full is required to secure the dates.

• For bookings more than 7 days out, a deposit of 20% is required to secure the rental

• Studio agreement must be signed upon booking confirmation

• Upon signing, payment in full or a deposit of 20% of the total due will be invoiced 

• The deposit will be applied to balance owed

• Cancelation Policy:

  • If the rental is canceled within 7 days or less before event, the payment or deposit is non-refundable

  • If the rental is canceled within 8-14 days before the event, the deposit is 50% refundable

  • If the rental is canceled 30 days or more before the event, the deposit is 100% refundable.
