Tuition

No envelopes or statements will be handed out or mailed. Tuition is due on the 1st of every month. Tuition will be considered late after the 7th of the month, regardless if the 7th is a Sunday or Holiday. After the 7th, a $25.00 late fee will be assessed on the account. Tuition on autopay will automatically be charged on the 1st of each month from September - June. Payments can be made by autopay, credit card, debit card, bank account, etc. We do not accept cash or checks.

If tuition is overdue by more than one month (30 days), the student will not be eligible for classes until tuition is paid in full or until a payment plan is put in place with the studio director. If more than two months of tuition are unpaid, the student will be dropped from all classes, however tuition will still be due for those two months.

Any account that is paid late more than two consecutive months must be placed on automatic payments to continue classes. 

Tuition is based on the number of classes the student is enrolled in per week, per family and averaged over the 10 months classes are held, September to June. Tuition is based on the number of classes held throughout the school-year and is calculated on a four-week month average and is divided into equal payments for lessons received for the full ten-month session. Rather than asking for a variable amount each month we add up all the classes and take the average for the number of months we are in session. Each class is scheduled to meet 36 times. Tuition will remain the same each month regardless of attendance, school closures, holidays, vacations, recital rehearsals and performances, etc. Registration reserves a place in the class for the dancers, even when they are absent. Tuition will not be prorated for any reason. Holiday closures are Memorial Day, Halloween, Fall Break (Wednesday through Saturday of Thanksgiving week), Winter Break, and Spring Break. If a class is cancelled you are eligible for a makeup class of your choice. Contact us for the full makeup policy. Holidays and recital picture week do not affect the 36 classes.

Once enrolled, monthly tuition may not be suspended. You may drop and re-enroll but that does not guarantee there will be an open spot in the same class or any other class. If you drop a class within 7 days before the 1st of the month, you will still owe that months tuition. Tuition is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERRABLE. No credit or refund is given for missed classes.
